An Interview with Andrew
What do you do at Liberty?

Facilitate movement of the majority of our biosolids to customers. Load, unload, stack, manage the storage facility. Handy man when things need to be fixed. Groundskeeper, road maintainer.

Favorite part about the job?

People I work with. Flexibility on the hours. Tight knit, like a family.

Where is home now? Where are you from originally?

Pine grove PA, that’s where I live. Local to the community. Born and raised. From a farming family myself.

What is your background? Work? Education?

20 years US Army retired, 5 years in a gold mine, 5-6 years working construction, 4 years coal miner

When you're not working how do you like to spend your time?

Working on the farm and with the animals, hunting and fishing. I am an avid outdoorsman.

What is your favorite meal you've shared as a team?

Wegman's subs, pork loin by Rob on the grill. He brought in pickled vegetables.  Any Friday meal is a good meal.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Back to Europe with Tania (Italy) or Alaska to hunt and fish.

If you could have any super power, what would it be?

See through another person’s mind to see their perspective and if it’s skewed, help change it.

What lessons have you learned while working at Liberty?

That biosolids aren’t as evil as people think!
