Liberty PAG-07 Product
The “PAG-07” material is made from stabilized municipal biosolids and quicklime. These ingredients are blended together in a patented pasteurization Process to Further Reduce Pathogens (PFRP), as required by United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), prior to public distribution.

Liberty's PAG-07 holds a PA Department of Agriculture Agricultural Liming Materials License and Fertilizer License.
Quality Control Measures
The inbound material (sludge and admixtures) and Liberty Soil Amendment end-product is rigorously tested each month to ensure regulatory compliance. Testing includes PCBs, Wet Chemistry, Metals and Microbiology.
In addition, the end-product is regularly tested for agronomic characteristics, including NPK, CCE and liming.
